My story

I grew up in foster care and aged out at 18 with nowhere to go. I spent the last 3 years living in shelters and on the streets of Toronto. I have a passion for cooking and once completed a culinary program, but lost momentum when I lost my housing. With your support, I want to get back on my feet, find stable housing, complete a job training program, and work toward my dream of one day opening a small food cart. I am hardworking, determined, and just need a real chance.
